Professional business writing and conversations

Hi,

I am working in a professional environment as a sales executive the problem im facing is the level of professionalism. I use to work in the logistics industry, which was more laid back in terms of professionalism.

is there anyway i can imporove my professional business writing i.e. email correspondence (in terms of a salesaman) and telephone conversations???

I need to up my game here and any help and advice is appreciated.
