The produced goods(It might be bikes and others) are struck in the warehouse due to employees' strike.

I think you're talking about "manufactured goods" if bikes are included.

Here's my suggestion:

The manufactured goods (bikes or similar goods) are stuck in the warehouse because of the strike.

I think that's what you want to say. Note "stuck", not "struck". Those words look very similar, but they mean very different things.
