Produce OR produces?

"Our signage division which designs and produces signs is on the left." OR
"Our signage division which design and produce signs is on the left."

Which is correct?

Mu confusion is because "division" can be also referred to in plural (eg. "England are 100 for four")

Thanks

You need to use the second person singular ie designs and produces. Think of what you would replace "Our signage division" with. it would be "it" rather than "they".
