Process writing

The diagram describes the process of producing the goods leather.

Overall, there are ten main stages in the process, beginning with the drying of animal skin and ending with various products made by leather goods.

First of all, after being treated carefully, the animal skin is dried under the Sun's heat by hanging it on a rope. When the dried animal skin reaches a certain point, it is transported to a factory by a lorry. The process continued with the leather being washed roughly with a mixture of water and lime. It is then soaked in lime to remove the fur, epidermis, and subcutaneous fat.

In the following step, the skin of the animal is smoothed out using a flattening machine equipped with two rulers, one larger and one smaller. After that, the leather is again drenched in tannin, a mixture of water and vegetable matter, before being roller polished. The process concludes with the glossy animal skin being brought to the other factory, where the goods such as shoes, bags, and balls are manufactured by leather material.
