Presumably a company or just an office.

Ahh, I didn't suppose it was related to her name. I completely misunderstood it.

Her name is JOY. So, she (Joy) is now living in the true spirit of her name.

No, this sentence is not directly related to the part about feng shui. I omitted two sentences after the part about feng shui and wrote the one about "living in the true spirit ..."
