Problems with some sentences

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a few sentences. Can you help me?

The first

I..............care of my neighbour's cats while they are away. (take)

I think that here we must use present continuous, but a key for the exercises said that should be used present perfect continuous.

The second

........... your problems? (your parents always, understand)

Present Simple or Present Perfect?

The third

The bank is still closed. It........ yet (not open)

Hasn't opened or hasn't been opened?

I will be very grateful for all answers Emotion: smile
