Problems with Present perfect

Ok,i have been seaching for answer and try to figure it out by myself, but still cant make it clear, ur help will be most welcomed =)

here is the Question

1)Have you finished your homework ?
2)Did you finish your homework ?

Anyone finds it weird? It is correct actually the 1st one is BE and the latter one is AE

but do you say:
1) Did you loved her?
2) Have you loved her?

it is odd to me, cause the loved here is an emotion verb, not the same with the action verb finished, can it be used in this way?

and also when u are asking someone whether they like it or not , we normally will ask

1) Do you like the ice-cream?
or
2)Have you liked the ice-cream?

Is it both correct?or the 2nd is wrong?

kinda tricky huh? glad to hear some answers...

There may be a general tendency for Americans to prefer 2, but both forms are used in all varieties of English.

Louis115like the question i asked, if I just want to know if the person like the ice-cream at the exact moment she is eating, can i usethe present perfect?
Not with "like." Use a different verb.

Have you enjoyed the ice cream?
Have you relished the ice cream?

At the exact moment, then ask: Are you enjoying the ice cream?
