Problems with preposition and verb tense

I have replied to the auditor's questions (for, on) #2 and #3. But for #1, the auditor is noting a discrepancy that needs to be ( address, resolved). Please respond to the auditor forn #1 once you ( receive, received) the worksheet from Jane.

Yes. Wherever you have [X / Y], you can choose X or Y, but what I meant was that if you don't want to bother making the choice yourself, choose X in every case.
