Problems with "aware" how to say?

how can I say the following is it correct?

1. "There are two approaches the aware and the unaware". (I tend to want to say the awared and the unawared but no such words).
2. "We tend to use the aware approach"
3. "Most people are using the unaware approach in their life to handling problems"

How to say the above? it doesn't sound good to me.
