Problems with a transcript

Hello, I'm a student and I have to do a transcript on these two videos, but I can't hear what they're saying...
Can anyone help me out, please?



The lady in 0:43, what was she singing?

In 1:26, the man said something about the University of Lester?
What does that mean? I googled it and it seems to be a very fine university?

Also, in 2:45, the man said "as your employee I'm very much like ________"?
What is that? I didn't catch it and don't understand what does it mean...
