Problems at work

My manager has made my life very miserable saying she has issues with my use of proper grammer. I am getting to the point where I cannot take it any more.

Can someone please correct the following sentence for me if it is wrong.

" Please ensure to use your customer reference number as a reference so that we can apply the payment to your account."
