There are many lists of phrasal verbs on the internet; there are many entire textbooks devoted to them. Phrasals often have multiple meanings, and you must continue to study them until you are able by context to understand which meaning is intended. As it stands, I cannot tell you what 'gotten it off' means unless you supply me with the context from your book.
