problem with future

You can have:
1. Tomorrow at this time I will be flying to Amsterdam.
2. This time next week I fly to Amsterdam.

But can yoou have:
1. Tomorrow at this time I fly to Amsterdam.
or
Tomorrow at this time I am flying to Amsterdam.

2. This time next week I will be flying to Amsterdam.
or
This time next week I am flying to Amsterdam.

???

why is it that way?

English is obsessed with future tense. There are many different ways of saying the same thing. They are all grammatically correct in my opinion.
