I don't really know if this is the place to talk about my issue. Basically, I am very disappointed with my current English school in London. I have registered for a full year business English study, paying the full tuition in advance, and I would like to leave the school, hopefully with my money back in my pocket.
basically the level of English being taught at the school is lower than my own, and my classmates have a lower level of English as well. So basically, I got stuck in a class that teaches me nothing.
The problem is that according to the contract, I cannot be refunded. However, I could claim that they have not been keeping their end of the bargain, so basically there is a breach of contract.
Do you think I can salvage any of the money I've paid?
I would appreciate any help.
Many thanks.
