Problem v Issue v Trouble

Hi Teachers,
Can I use problem, issue and trouble interchangably at this sentence below:
I've got a problem
I've got an issue
I've got a trouble.

Please explain why.

These are fine.

But you should say:

I've got some trouble
I have some trouble

Trouble is usually uncountable, although it is sometimes used in the plural form:

I have many troubles ahead of me.

For example, I had a fight with my brother and I want to tell my friend about it. Can I use any of them interchangably in this context?
I've got a problem with my brother.
I've got some trouble with my brother.
I've got an issue that I had a fight with my brother.
