Problem of Remain unchange

I would like to seek someone comments on the following sentences which one is correct.

The repair work is scheduled on 30 Mar 2019 at XYX building. After co-ordination with user dated 4 Mar 2019, the scheduled work is remained unchanged.

  1. the scheduled work is remained unchanged.
  2. the scheduled work is remained unchange.
  3. the scheduled work is remain unchanged.
  4. the scheduled work is remain unchange.

My problems are shown below.

  1. Is “unchange” used as a noun in sentence no. 2? The whole sentence is so wrong that it doesn't make sense to try to parse it. 'unchange' is not a word in the English language.
  2. Is “remain” used as a noun in sentence no. 3? Same kind of comment as above.
  3. Are both “remain unchange” used as nouns in sentence no. 4? Same kin
