0PLease explain "What seems to be the problem" I tried to use this sentence but I don't really know what is the deeper meaning of this, it is ok if I say "What is the problem?" or What seems to be the problem is the same with What is the problem? When to use "What seems to be the problem?"02br

0Hi again, Int.02br
02br
00With the right tone of voice, there is no difference between "What's the problem?" and "What seems to be the problem?" but "What's the problem?" is often seen as an aggressive thing to say. "What seems..." doesn't have that same aggressive sense. 02br
02br
00But to repeat, if you use the right tone of voice, "What's the problem?"
