Problem

Dear sir

in commercial correspondence , i always got confused and i am not able to order sentences next ti each other .

the most important reason might be translation from my own language to English .

what should i do ?

i terribly worry about it .


could you please let me have a method ?

it is highly appreciated if you could help me or illustrate a way .

To demonstrate that you are trying to improve, I ask that you use the ‘capitalize’ key on your cell phone when typing the letter i for I and place the period/full stop immediately after the last word in a sentence. Also, if the input device you are using does not automatically capitalize the first letter of a sentence, do it manually.
