"I have a problem with this process."

1. "At what point do you have A problem?"
2. "At what point do you have THE problem?"

Either OK for the Context?

Anonymous Either OK for the Context? Yes, but I'd use "a" because the nature of the problem has not yet been established. Others may prefer "the".
