Probation review report

Hi guys. I am trying to write a probation review report to a new employee so can anybody help me if these sentences, which are below, are correct ?

-He is compatible and dutiful person. He awares of his responsibities. He should just focus on improving his development skills

-He attended orientation, Linux and SQL trainings. In the first month period, he just focused on improving his Linux and SQL knowledge and adapting to company.

-His SQL knowledge is qualified. However he should study on Linux

-He was dedicated to complete his responsibilities.

-His relationship between his teammates was always in good manner.

-He attended JAVA SE training and some other trainings were about quality. He entered some exams were about trainings. He developed a demo project.

-He knows basics of development however He has lack of knowledge is about technologies which are used in our projects.

I'm not sure compatible is the word you want to use. If so, you need an "a" before it, but compatible is typically used in relation to something/someone else. " He awares is aware of his responsibilities.

I'm not sure compatible is the word you want to use. If so, you need an "a" before it, but compatible is typically used in relation to something/someone else. Such as, "compatible with ___."
