Letter Writing

Probation period ended letter !!! plz help

Dear All,
well i am a oracle developer. recently i joined a company and now my probation period is ended. now i want to write an acknowledgement letter to the company. will anybody give me a letter format which contains the "probation period is ended (so that the company give me the employment letter, policies, rules and regulation etc.)". thanks in advance.

Hi, This surprises me. The company will not do this for you unless you write a letter? Try to write simply what you would say if you were speaking to the company person face to face.

Try to write simply what you would say if you were speaking to the company person face to face. Then we will check it for you.

well THANKS CLIVE that u responed me. you are right as company will not do this for me; i don't know why they doing this(may be they did not want to give me any increments). here i only question that in case of an employee want to write a letter how did he do it; same as company writes to their employees.

note in my case company didn't write to me any confirmation. so i only want to rem

Basically, something like this.

Dear Mr. Smith,

As my probation period ended on 17th. June, I now look forward to becoming a regular employee. Does this require any further action on my part?
