Probate order

Hello, could anybody help me to understand this sentence:

...application filed to inheritance registrar to receive the probate order in the estate of out late husband and father ...

do they want to receive the probate order (as a piece of paper) in the estate of their husband and father, or should this order be read there before them, or should they receive this order on the estate (not in the estate) from the registrar.

Thank you!

  • It is legalese, which is typically difficult to make out.
  • Anyway, I assume that the executors (the wife and children) sent an application to the inheritance registrar.
