Sir,

I thought he would probabaly arrive this morning.

I have to rewrite this sentence using any modal verb.

1.He may arrive this morning.

2.HE might arrive this morning.

3.He could arrive this morning.

4. He would arrive this morning.

Whic one is correct?

All except (4) are correct and essentially equivalent. And (4) would work if you attach an 'if' clause: 'if my calculations are correct'.

Number 2 seems the best rewrite to me.

Sir,

I got some suggestion from somebody and he told that it must be in past tense.

1. HE might have arrived this morning.

Is it correct?

Well, it is in the past, but not in the past tense--you have mentioned this morning with the present perfect tense, so it must be afternoon or evening (or later morning) now.

I assume you are still looking for equivalents to your original sentence:

I thought he would probably arrive this morning.

In that case, "He might have arrived this morning" is not correct. It is not an equivalent of the original sentence. An equivalent would be: "I thought he might arrive this morning".
