PRO-CONSTRUCCIÓN // PRO-CONSTRUCTION

Hi! I am translating the title of a project "Pro-construcción del edificio de la Escuela de Música". Would you use "Pro-construction of the facilities for the School of Music"?

I feel a little confuse with "pro-". Is it use in English?

Thanks,

Hellen
