My take on these:

Let's meet at the cafe when you've finished teaching.

Let's meet at the cafe after your lesson.

How long do you teach each lesson for.

Could you cut your lesson short? - Do you mean - could you teach shorter lessons?

Don't you have to/Aren't you teaching tomorrow?

I can't talk on the phone while (I am) teaching.

Teaching/lesson/class - I use pretty much all of these. If it is clear that the person is either the teacher or the student then it doesn't matter.

For my own situation, I would say

Let's meet at the cafe after my class/lesson.
