Private accommodation vs holiday rentals
I need help regarding the vocabulary - can expression private accommodation be used as a synonym for holiday rentals? 
Private accommodation here means apartments, studios and rooms that are let, and usualy they are situated in houses where the property owner lives as well (so it is not only accommmodation in villas that are rent as a whole property, without other guests or property owners). Or is it better to stick to holiday rentals after all?
