These vehicles hav been acquired at incredible savings from lease companies, auctions, and other sources. Every bank repossessed and other prior bank asset vehicles will be available

As your context shows, the banks (lenders of money to buy cars, or car loans) have seized the vehicles from borrowers who have not been able to repay their car loans. The banks then sold these repossessed cars to XYZ Car Sales. So at the moment, the cars are prior bank assets (i.e. they are something of value formerly owned by banks).
