"You made the things easier (much more easier?).Sometimes customer make it harder than it should be.(not sure about the tense and verb here : has to be or should it be??). Some of them understimate the printing process (printing of pictures I mean) and often slow the work down by postponing the sending of files (sending of the files here is in doubt)for the printing."

Here's how I would change things: "You made things easier" (no need for a definite article on plural "things") Also, as a comparative, "easy" doesn't take "more", "easier " already means this.
Perhaps, "Sometimes (a or the) customer makes it harder than it has to be.

maybe you are right .... My idea was to stress the fact that dealing with customer X was easier than dealing with other ones.... Maybe there is no need to make this comparison..
