Printing process?and other things
Hi there,
please can some teacher check if the following sentence is correct?Check also the words in the brackets.
"You made the things easier (much more easier?).Sometimes customer make it harder than it should be.(not sure about the tense and verb here : has to be or should it be??). Some of them understimate the printing process (printing of pictures I mean) and often slow the work down by postponing the sending of files (sending of the files here is in doubt)for the printing."

Here's how I would change things: "You made things easier" (no need for a definite article on plural "things") Also, as a comparative, "easy" doesn't take "more", "easier " already means this.

It wasn't clear to me what you were comparing to, ie easier than what?'
And it did not seem to me like your main purpose was to make a comparison.

maybe you are right .... My idea was to stress the fact that dealing with customer X was easier than dealing with other ones.... Maybe there is no need to make this comparison..
