principals vs principles?

0Please settle this argument within our company on what "principal / principle" should be used. They are driving me crazy! Here is how the word is being used: Here is 00a list showing what principals are represented by territory. 00My boss says it should be principals and I have others telling me it needs to be prinicples. (Principals - is a manufacturer that we represent, if that helps.)0-
