Price negotiation question

I have to sell an item at a lower price.

Do these sentences sound correct?

Let's say the original price of the item is 3000 Rupees and I want to sell it by reducing the price by 1000 rupees.

1. I can lower the price to 1000 Rupees.
2. I can make it to 1000 Rupees.
