Price-bound definition

What does the following sentence mean?

This apartment is not price-bound.

Top answer

"price-bound" appears to mean limited by price (as opposed to limited by some other factor or consideration). I would need to see more context to exactly understand how an apartment is not "price-bound". For example, it could be that someone is building or refurbishing it, and has an unrestricted budget to do/make what he or she wishes.
