Is it grammatically correct yo use 'previously' with Present Perfect Tense?

I'd be grateful if you could give some 'authentic' examples.

And specifically, is the usage of the present perfect correct in 'as clause' inthis sentence?

He's anxious that the assembly does not degenerate into a pointless effort as it has previously.

Yes, and the 'as' clause makes no difference. As has previously been the case, no two bills of any denomination ever carry the same serial a far higher level of pressure from Mr. Gorbachev than has previously been seen the dollar limits on campaign spending more generally, insofar as the Court has previously upheld such limits if they are not so draconian , they are simply reinforcing what has previously occurred (or not occurred) in the rehearsal.

Thank you very much, especially for your examples.

And a last question: Would The Simple Past be also appropriate in the sentence I mentioned above, that is,

............................................as it did previously.

Would this also be correct?

Yes. The more appropriate choice would depend on a wider context.

What if you start the sentence with "previously"? is this correct? Previously, the crew is addressed by the menacing cyclops, Polyphemus, who seeks a reply from one courageous man.

Anonymouss this correct? Previously, the crew is addressed by the menacing cyclops, Polyphemus, who seeks a reply from one courageous man.
If you are writing narrative present, that is fine.
