Could someone please help me understand which of the following expressions is preferable/correct:

1. Losses of the previous years;

2. Previous years' losses;

3. Prior years' losses.

Hey Rui, first one is correct.. if it was about a person's loss , then you should have said ( Rui's loss or Victoria's loss )
