Pretty Sure vs Probably?

What is the difference between pretty sure and probably?

"I am pretty sure I am going to buy chicken for lunch, but we'll see what they have."

"I am probably going to buy chicken for lunch, but we'll see what they have."

Is there any difference? I feel like they are, but I can't find it.
