Pretty sure these question are fine, WHICH ARENT PLEASE?

Could you tell me which you think aren't correct and don't sound natural please? The bold is what I thought since I translated them.

- I dont know which one she is in the picture. OK
- If you see things from his perspective, you might understand why he did what he did. OK
- I'm out of battery ___ both phones. ON maybe?
- He's so tall the top of his head reaches the top of the window pane.
- She's so tiny I'd be scared to break her if i picked her up. OK
- She doesn't have two different colored eyes./She doesn't have the same colored eyes. OK BOTH
- This food has the taste and smell of its own that you can spot from afar.
- Do you chew your food using/with the left side of mouth/on the left side of the mouth?ALL I THINK
- The store only has one shoe on display, so that/that way if ever someone wanted to steal a shoes, - He could steal both. BOTH "SO THAT" and "THAT WAY"
- Not to be mean or anything, but I have to get going. OK
- Next to him/compared to him you're short. I've heard BOTH

- I'm out of battery ___ both phones. ON maybe? 'out of battery' is a big problem because batteries are countable. "out of batteries" is grammatical but doesn't mean what you want. It means that your supply of batteries is exhausted and, presumably, you'll have to go out and buy some more. I think you're aiming for this: The batteries are dead on both phones.

- He's so tall the top of his head reaches the top of the window pane. OK

- She's so tiny I'd be scared to break her if i picked her up. OK No. I can see how you thought that would work, but it doesn't. You need one of the following.

She's so tiny I'd be scared [she would break / I would break her] if I picked her up.
She's so tiny I'd be afraid of breaking her if I picked her up.

- She doesn't have two different colored eyes./She doesn't have the same colored eyes. OK BOTH The first is OK. But why not just say Both (of) her eyes are the same color.
The second one is not right. For the second one, I would say,
One of her eyes is a different color from the other
or One of her eyes is one color; the other is another color
or Her eyes are not both the same color.

- This food has ~~the~~ a taste and smell of its own that you can ?spot from afar.
"spot" is visual, so this isn't the best word to use here. I would substitute recognize.
You can't spot or recognize a taste from afar (i.e., from a great distance), so I'd leave out "taste". "smell" from afar is OK.

- Do you chew your food using/with the left side of mouth/on the left side of the mouth?ALL I THINK using, with, and on are all OK. But you need the left side of your mouth. I find this one most idiomatic: Do you chew your food on the left side of your mouth?

- The store only has one shoe on display, so that/that way if ever someone wanted to steal a pair of shoes, ~~- He~~ he could not? steal both. BOTH "SO THAT" and "THAT WAY" With a semi-colon and that way seems better to me, but both are possible.

The store only has one shoe on display; that way if someone (ever) wanted to steal a pair of shoes, he couldn't steal both.
No comma with so that. ... on display so that if ...

I'm not familiar with the expression "buzz kill". The grammar is OK, though, for both versions.
