Pretty square

Hi guys,

I usually dont ask anynone but this time Im gonna need your help.

One of my colleague use an idiom "pretty square"

Whole sentence was "We seem pretty square in regards to no data being available"

I dont understand the meaning of this. Could anyone help me?
