pretence vs. pretext

Please, could you tell me what's the difference between "pretence" and "pretext" and the phrases "under pretence" and "under pretext".

pretence is what you see, although probably is deceitful.. pretence means a fake reason to do sg. = i was over the moon indeed.

pretence means a fake reason to do sg.

i made no pretence of being over the moon .= i was over the moon indeed.

i asked joe about his divorce under the pretext to be interested in his mood.
it is not that i was interested how he feels that i asked about his divorce.
