Press box. It's catered.

Hello!

I got a question, a man saying to his wife that he’s going somewhere with his friend, but he was supposed to stay with her father. On his wife’s question “What about my father?” He says: “Press box. It’s catered.” What does the last sentence mean?

Thank you.

Hi,

It's catered - means that hired caterers provide meals there.
