Prespositions - question no. 2: a good place to be... at?

Dear Fellow Users,

I'm wondering if this sentence makes sense. Is it necessary to add the preposition at the end of the sentence? In my opinion it sounds incomplete without it.

This cafe is a perfect place to be... + at.
