Dear native speakers of English, do these constitutional formulations permit a third NON-consecutive term for the same person?
A. "The President shall serve no more than two consecutive terms".
B. "One and the same person may not be the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for more than two consecutive terms".
C. "The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova may be held by the same person for not more than two consecutive terms".
Are these ones different?
D. "The President of the Republic is elected for a term of five years and may be elected for a maximum of two consecutive terms".
E. "The same person may not be elected President of the Republic of Lithuania for more than two consecutive terms".
What about this one?
F. "One and the same person may not be elected President of the Russian Federation for more than two terms running".
