Well, to tell the truth, I didn't like any of them. I would say, she is losing her temper very often nowadays.

Doll's suggestion of 'nowadays' (or these days, or recently) is very good.

I would use the present continuous, to emphasize that it is an on-going situation.

The present continuous seems better to me. Nevertheless, I would have said, "She has been losing her temper a lot lately" (present perfect continuous).

You could also say: "She is always losing her temper nowadays." This also implies the message that the speaker thinks that this happens too often.
