Dear Naked, I'll try and help you, but I need to know if the text is going to be spoken or if it is going to be printed. You mention that you are organizing a "talk". Is this going to be some sort of verbal introduction of the speaker to an audience or is it a written document that will be handed out to participants?

Sorry for my misleading letter.

I would like to organise the talk. So I've invited the presenter to give a talk to audience. So I am arranging for the announcement poster which I want to add the presenter's biography on the poster.

Oh Naked Chef, I am so very pleased that you had 5 physicians volunteer for your project. Bravo.

Since this next task is going to be printed on a poster, it will be slightly different. What you want - I presume - is a sort of mini-CV that will also help entice the audience to come and listen to what the presenter has to say. A successful talk begins with a full house, right?
