this slide is about product & process road map
On X axies we have time line and Y axies has process, 300mm, and 200mm.
In 2000, it wes time to develop and organize the pe-cvd infrastructure, and 2001, we started to constructed equipment and manufacture and developed process. In 2002, we had only one process; pe-teos for both 200mm and 300mm.
In 2003, our process become wider to pe-sin, pe sion, and pe-Oxide. And also Equipment have developed to MAHA high performance and MAHA S for 300mm, and MAHA HP for 200mm.
In2004, MAHA process HT-SIN and HT-USG with MAHA High temperater.
And since last year we made next generation MAHA HP second version 300 named new concept.
Furthermore, we are targeting to Nano Gap fill Process.

This is how mana hp looks like and you could see it at several different direction.
The features of maha is first available for all of pe-cvd processes such as pe-teos, pe-sin, pe-oxide, pe-sion, and HT-sin. It also contains high reliability and simplicity. it has also remote clean technology and most significantly it provise easy maintenence and simple design.
For the productivity, it processes high throughput and it costs lower than other competitors.

maha hp has 4 process modules, two transfer modules, two load locks, a EFEM, and 3 foups as you can see from the picture. Lets look at each modules further.

This slide is about Concept 1 MAHA hp.
It maximized two system Efects
It contains four single independent chambers, and two independent transfer modules.
Each TM can operate different process so it offers you higher thoughput, each TM does not effect to another so it has capability to operate each differnt process by each chamber.
And it maximized performance for mass product line and R&D.
Actually it 's throughput is over than 70 wafers per an hour.

This time we are going to look at the next generation new concept.
It's feature is first that it is smaller that previous. Secondly, it cost lower than maha 300 because it does not have Transfer modules and it optimized hardware.
Thirdly, It decresed submodule & Utility System with only one pump per 2 process module.
And it offers you High reliablity and high throughput.
