Presentation of a news article

Hello,
I'm learning the english language, and in this goal I have to describe a news article to improve my expression skills.
The problem is that even in my maternal language I don't know what to say.

I have followed the" who what when where why" but have only one sentence*, and would like to know what to say to be able to speak of this subject during 5-10 minutes ?

*a plane, crashed, on friday, near Katmandu's airport, due to a bird collision
