Hello.
I have to translate a tournament registration.
a part of it is translated thus:
"9)All players are required to be presented by their respective federation and must bring their pictures with them for issuance of the ID card."
Could you Help me to improve on it??

No, by a picture I mean a photograph.But they get a copy of my social security card and cut my picture from it and put the picture on my ID card.
As for the presentation letter, I think their federation should give us the name, surename, Birthday, Passport no., FIDE rating/title, , etc.
