Presentation

Is this correct?

"I am contacting you to see if it would be possible for a group coming from Paris to join the group coming from Madrid and assist together to the presentation given by X. "

What I want to ask is if X agrees, whereas it seems to me that what I`m asking is more orientated towards the group from Paris.

Thank you!

This sentence could be improved and made clearer. I suggest the following: "I am contacting you to see if X would agree that the groups coming from Paris and Madrid be joined so as to assist at X's presentation."
