I am from germany and I have to ask native speaker to rate some sentences but I unfortunately don't know any. So you are my last chance! Simply rate the following sentences whether you can say them (7) or not (1). Help me!!!!! Even 5 ratings would be enough. My presentation is in 2 days...
1. I want you to be honest.
2. I would like you to open the door.
3. We believe her to be innocent.
4. Mary seems to be happy.
5. We intend you to hurt him.
6. He was remembered to do his homework.
7. I require John to hurt me and for Mary to cook.
8. We urge them to leave.
9. Mary seems to be happy.
10. I recognize him hurting his girlfriend.
11. John came early.
12. He was seen eating chocolate.
13. We don't want to go.
14. I like you and for you to like me.
15. I was asked to come.
16. He was played the violin.
17. I expect him to be honest and for her to be dishonest.
18. They won't go to the cinema.
19. We are looking forward to going to the party.

When you ask "whether you can say them", do you want to know how natural these are in everyday conversation, or are you just interested in whether they are correct English? For example, "We believe her to be innocent" is perfectly good English, but in conversation most people would be much more likely to say "We think she's innocent". Similarly, in conversation, "we're" would almost always be used in #19, and "I'd" in #2, even though the uncontracted forms are, again, perfectly good English.
