Present with past tense in same sentence???

How would you say this please?

1 I'm glad you came when she is at work. (she came an hour ago but the other person IS still at work.)

2 I'm glad you've come when she's at work.

and one more question please, What do you think about these 2 setneces grammatically?

1 I'm I not pretty enough for you to look at me?
2 I have until my phone runs out of battery to talk to you.
