Present vs future

Can somebody clarify the following please

We fly to London by next thursday
We will fly to London by next thursday
We will be fling to London by next thursday

As far as the trip they all mean the same thing. Granted, there are subtle differences that will govern the selection of the specific formulation but without a context it's nearly impossible to explain them (at least for me). Note however that when you say "by next Thursday" you are implying that you need to be in London not later than next Thursday but you are leaving open the possibility that you may go before Thursday.
