Present tense verbs "will"

Q: Will you see Jack when you are in Madrid?
A: Yes, I hope I will. I'ill phone him when "I arrive" in Madrid.

or

A:Yes, I hope I will. I'ill phone him when "I've arrived" in Madrid.

Which one is correct?
